AELS (Aircraft End-of-Life Solutions) offers a full end-of-life solution for commercial aircraft, and you will be part of a team driven by our core values: Being the best, Outside the box, Sustainable, and Smile.
Imagine this: components are removed from our aircraft by your colleagues, and then it is your turn to determine how to extract the most value from them. You decide which parts to recertify, select the most suitable repair stations, and ensure all required documentation is perfectly in order. As the owner of this entire process, you combine technical interest with commercial insight to maximize our inventory. You will communicate daily with repair stations, Sales, Warehouse & Logistics, and the Repair team to maintain control over costs, lead times, and quality. Furthermore, you will build a strong network, maintain international contacts, and visit trade shows to strengthen relationships.
To be successful in this role, you bring a Bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in aviation (such as Aviation Studies) or a similar field. You speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English. We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, quality-oriented, and accurate, with a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy collaborating with a wide variety of parties and can easily build a strong network. Furthermore, you have an eye for detail and work in a highly structured manner. You are naturally collaborative and curious, always ready to take initiative when you spot opportunities. Finally, you have a good command of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
We offer a salary range of € 3,197 to € 4,517 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on your experience. You will receive 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek, alongside a solid pension scheme and a vitality budget. Stel je voor: componenten worden door je collega's uit onze vliegtuigen verwijderd, en dan is het jouw beurt om te bepalen hoe je daar de meeste waarde uit kunt halen. Jij beslist welke onderdelen gehercertificeerd worden, selecteert de meest geschikte repair stations en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde documentatie perfect in orde is. Als eigenaar van dit hele proces combineer je technische interesse met commercieel inzicht om onze voorraad te maximaliseren. Je schakelt dagelijks met repair stations, Sales, Warehouse & Logistics en het Repair team om grip te houden op kosten, doorlooptijden en kwaliteit. Daarnaast bouw je een sterk netwerk op, onderhoud je internationale contacten en bezoek je beurzen om relaties te versterken.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, beschik je over een hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting de luchtvaart (zoals Aviation Studies) of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied. Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. We zoeken iemand die commercieel scherp, kwaliteitsgericht en secuur is, met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je vindt het leuk om met veel verschillende partijen samen te werken en bouwt gemakkelijk een sterk netwerk op. Daarnaast heb je oog voor detail en werk je zeer gestructureerd. Je werkt van nature graag samen en bent nieuwsgierig, altijd bereid om initiatief te nemen wanneer je kansen ziet. Tot slot heb je een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office-applicaties zoals Word, Excel, Outlook en Teams.
We bieden een salarisrange van € 3.197 tot € 4.517 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Je ontvangt 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, naast een goede pensioenregeling en een vitaliteitsbudget.
